  • All prices listed on the website are in 1250 and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as noted at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout, including [Cash on Delivery / bank transfer.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our product (a personal care/hygiene item), we [do not accept returns on opened/used products / accept returns only for unopened, unused products within 3 days of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at Support@probsolve.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
